Ladies Aid Society
The communicant women members of the congregation constitute
the Ladies Aid Society of St. Thomas Lutheran Church, our local
branch of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML). Other
interested women are very welcome to attend meetings and join
in activities. They meet to promote the fellowship, stewardship,
benevolences, education and spiritual programs of the congregation.
Through Bible study the women grow in spiritual understanding.
Through their fellowship they grow in joy and peace. They encourage
the women of the church to follow and take part in the wider
work of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.
Women dress with "good deeds, appropriate for women
who profess to worship God." 1 Timothy 2:10.
