Sunday School Children's Church takes place during the sermon, when those too young to fruitfully attend to the sermon receive Bible stories and instruction on their own level.  Sunday School takes place at the same time as the Sunday morning Adult Bible Study. It includes crafts along with Christ-centered discussion and application of a Bible story.  "Bring your children up in the training and instruction of the Lord." Ephesians 6:4
